Phaneesh Murthy is a technology business leader and has been on the board of R Soft Global Services since 2002. Phaneesh was CEO and President of iGATE Corporation, an integrated consulting, technology and operations company. He took the company from a staffing oriented loss making company to 1.2bn USD$ in 10 years and raised profitability to 25%. Prior to iGATE, he was at Infosys, as a member of the Board, Worldwide Head of Sales and Marketing and Head of Communications and Product Solutions Group. He was responsible for ramping up Infosys from around $2mn in 1992 to around $700mn in 10 years. He brings over a decade of experience in structuring and managing large outsourcing deals for Fortune 500 companies. Phaneesh has been effectively mentoring the sales and business development initiatives at R Soft Global Services.
