Corporate Social Responsibility, as seen by RS Soft Tech Global Services s not a mere charity or a favour to the needy, but a duty and responsibility to serve society with gratitude as a quality of Citizenship.

CSR @ RS Soft Tech Global Services reflects our values and commitment to the underprivileged as well as to address the social needs. RS Soft Tech Global Services over the years have volunteered to support and is involved in the following service activities:

About TAPAS:

Tapas is a nation-building initiative in the field of education. It will focus on enabling learning to the brightest among the needy sections of the society, with the broader goal of empowering them as growth drivers.

Tapas will select 30-40 most promising boys  from the districts of Karnataka – India , presently studying in Class X and will offer them Free PU Education & IIT-JEE Training. Indian Institutes of Technology, IITs in short, are the premier institutions of learning in the field of Engineering/Technology and Pure Sciences. Students from these IITs can do extremely well in their professional careers.

Tapas will offer Free PU Education & IIT-JEE training to all its Selected Students. Total Care : Free food and free hostel is  provided for selected students who are admitted to Pre- University course at Rashtrothana PU College  at Thanisandra Bengalure . Program  is conducted by experienced teachers from Rashtrothana PU College and BASE .

In our endeavour to be socially responsible, RS Soft Tech Global Services is committed to earmark a percentage of its profit towards its CSR activities. Currently our focus areas are:

RS Soft Tech Global Services as part of its CSR activities supports a policy advocacy and research foundation called Development Foundation @ www.devf.org. DevF has been established in response to an indentified need for debate and rethinking on the right kind of development studies that are to be undertaken. DevF advocates the need for an indepth research on various socio-economic, cultural issues, governance, etc., pertaining to Indian Soceity.   • Supporting 10 NELE children for the complete Rehabilitation  and Maintenance for whole year through Employee and Employer Participation.
  • Supporting Youth For Seva (YFS) in the School Kit Drive programme continuously for the last three years through Employee and Employer Participation
  • Supporting the Akshya Patra Programme of ISKCON which provides free mid-day meals to lakhs of Children in Government Schools
