M P Kumar
Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr. M. P. Kumar is the founder and CEO of the Company. Since its inception in 1992, he has been instrumental in spearheading the company from a 2 member team to 700+ employees on board now. He focuses on the Company’s growth strategy, partnerships and building customer relationships.

Kumar has a Masters Degree from Bangalore University and has over three decades of experience in the IT Industry. He has guided several startups including iNabling Technologies, Adamya and Pareeksha to name a few. He is also actively involved with several charitable causes and welfare programs. He actively participates in IT industry initiatives especially focusing on making Karnataka an IT powerhouse.

Mahendran A
VP & Head of Delivery

Mahendran serves as the Vice President and Head of Delivery at R Soft Global Services. He is person behind the delivery engine at R Soft Global Services. His technology expertise spans across areas including Wireless, Datacom, Testing and Real Time Systems. He has groomed large teams and has managed complex multi-site global projects in the telecom and embedded space. 

Prior to joining R Soft Global Services, Mahendran was the Director (Networks Business Unit) at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, where he was responsible for successfully turning around the business unit in a significant way. He is an industry veteran with over 24 years of experience and holds an Engineering Degree from Madras University.

Ramesh D
VP Finance

Ramesh heads the finance department at R Soft Global Services and is also responsible for the Company’s Secretarial, Legal and Treasury functions. With over 20 years of experience, Ramesh is a financial management veteran who has successfully led the financial growth of reputed companies in the past. 

Prior to joining R Soft Global Services, Ramesh has served in various capacities at organizations like the UB Group, Namaste Exports Ltd and a Multi Specialty Hospital with operations in Baharain and UK. Ramesh is a Charted Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ian Carvalho
Principal Architect

Ian heads the Technology and Solutions Group at R Soft Global Services that defines the IP initiatives and technology developments that are undertaken. An early employee of R Soft Global Services, Ian oversees and continuously defines the technology directions of the company. Based on his vast experience he is involved with all technology initiatives from idea generation, concept, design and implementation to post launch support. His core strengths are his deep understanding of technology particularing hardware and software in embedded systems.

He has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry during which he has gained extensive knowledge in a multitude of technologies. His sheer passion and deep understanding of the next generation systems and technologies have helped R Soft Global Services in undertaking cutting edge product engineering projects.

Ravi Kiran Vernekar
VP Sales and Marketing

Ravi heads the Sales and Business Development functions at R Soft Global Services.  He has been associated with R Soft Global Services for over 14 years and spear heads the sales and business development aspect of the Company. He has been looking after the domestic and international markets looking at the growth perspective of the organization.

Anand Mutalik
Vice President

Mr. Anand R. Mutalik, has previously served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Managing Director of CodeTheatre Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Mutalik co-founded Kshema Technologies. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mphasis Ltd. after it acquired Kshema Technologies.  He was the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Acropetal Technologies Limited. He is adept at servicing large customer accounts and large business units in major software houses in India. He has over 32 years of experience in the IT & ITES industry spanning across software development, sales and marketing, technology and quality functions. He lectured and led seminars as part of industry bodies like BCIC and CII. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Karnataka University.

Thomas Mathew
General Manager - Human Resources

Thomas, as the General Manager - Human Resources, heads the HR activities at R Soft Global Services.  He has over 18 years of technical experience before moving on to management and directoral roles. In this role he oversees the man power planning, training and development requirements of the organization.  He is an active member of executive management team and is involved in steering the organization on its growth path.

Prior to joining R Soft Global Services he was part of the senior management team of the Indian subsidiary of Kyocera Wireless handling Kyocera Japan business including next generation high speed networks. At WIPRO he has managed development teams for WAN products.  At ITI he was involved in the Design and Development of hardware and software for communication systems.
